Dates to Remember: Year books will be sent home on May 25th.  Students can bring them back on May 26th to be signed by classmates and teachers at the end of the day.  We are having a third grade pizza party on the 26th.

This week we will be studying: Writing: We will be researching a topic of interest for each student.  In reading, we are reviewing reading strategies and genres and completing Book Bingo sheets and working on Daily 5 activities.   This week for Social Studies, we have a benchmark test covering material we have covered throughout the year.  Please look for the review to come home on Monday for your to review with your student.  We will also work on different activities for the Business Convention.

  • Homework is due each Friday

  • No homework!  Students should continue to read each night to help build fluency and vocabulary.  
  • Please look for the summer reading information to come home soon.

  • Reading for 20 - 30 minutes each night - Please record in the reading log and turn in Scholar Dollars
